Whole Network of Care
Zuckerberg San Francisco General (ZSFG) is the only Level l Trauma center for the residents of San Francisco and northern San Mateo counties. As such, it’s world-class emergency care often overshadows the vast array of specialty services that the hospital provides. Often times it’s the patients themselves, many in the city’s surrounding clinics, that are unware of the services available to them at ZSFG.
In an effort to drive awareness of available specialty care and increase patient visits—we captured inspiring stories of the patients who have benefitted from ZSFG’s extended services as well as the providers who helped them along their healthcare journey. The campaign, Whole Network of Care, came to life via video, printed collateral and on the web.
