Adamas Brand
Adamas is a fully integrated pharmaceutical company focused on drug discovery, development, and delivery of treatments for neurological diseases. They needed some assistance to clarify their company values, purpose, and mission, and then to ultimately better express that to the world.
We found that over half of Adamas employees have a direct connection to someone with a neurological disease. Brothers, mothers, or cousins, for them, it was just one degree away. Because of that, the passion and energy that exists at Adamas is unique. For them, it is personal.
From revamping their brand identity to launching a whole new website—what is now presented to the outside world is a better reflection of the passion on the inside.

I produced and art directed a two-day photoshoot to photograph authentic imagery of People with Parkinson’s for use on the Adamas website and branded materials. Through personal interviews I learned how Adamas’ products help these individuals live their life on their terms. Having the ability and choice to run marathons, box, paint, play tennis, or simply button a shirt were all activities attributed to Adamas’ products.

The ‘Adamas Pattern’ is inspired by the Adamas logo and consists of effervescent multi-colored triangles that hint at the time-release properties of the the medications Adamas manufactures.
